What does the Brilliant NZ Ltd team offer?
We have a special perspective on excellence (hint: it's not about certification, accreditation, or risk management). Between us we have personally studied and worked with over 50 national award-winning organisations in the USA at their place of business. Between us we have lead or participated in the assessment of over 500 New Zealand organisations which have applied for the Performance Excellence Study Awards (PESA).

Malcolm is the only New Zealand resident examiner currently accredited under the US Baldrige National Quality programme. He has published extensively on performance improvement themes. Errol has presented performance excellence training workshops to over 1,500 NZ organisations as an accredited BIZ provider and delivered performance excellence projects to tight deadlines for clients in India and Indonesia.
